EB5 investment immigration
The EB5 visa provides foreign investors with a pathway to obtain U.S. permanent residency. After investing $800,000, applicants file an I-526E petition to secure a conditional green card in a relatively short period and relocate to the United States with eligible family members. Once the conditional green card has been held for 1 year and 9 months, filing an I-829 will convert the conditional residency into unconditional permanent residency.
